1. Challenges
- These Terms & Conditions govern Galaxy Challengers free online gaming tournament (“Tournament”) sponsored by Samsung for the mobile game Free Fire (“Game”).
- The Tournament is for the residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only and it will be managed through XSeries LTD and Esports Gaming League that will herein be referred to as (“EGL”).
- Tournament signups are open from 21st of April 2021 and until the 7th of May 2021 ("Signup Period") such signups will be through EGL’s website, that (“EGL website”). The Tournament will start from 27th of April and will end on 11th of May ("Tournament Period").
- Tournament winner selection process: Tournament Game mode is 1v1, the winner will be determined based on the player that scores a higher kill/elimination points while the other will be eliminated. In case of a score tie with kill points, the one player who achieves a longer survival time will be determined as the winner. In case of a second tie of the criteria, the two players will need to have rematches until one winner is confirmed and the other is eliminated.
2. Qualifiers
The Tournament includes four challenges, each challenge (“Qualifier”) includes a series of games (“Rounds”), the players who signed up will play against each other throughout the games until 2 winners only remain in the Qualifier (“Qualifier Winners”), the final two will be qualified to play in the Tournament finale (“Grand Finale”) directly. One Qualifier has a limited number of seats amounting to only 1024 seats (“Seats”), once the number of signups reaches 1024 for a Qualifier, the registration for the Qualifier is automatically closed. However, the number of Rounds within a Qualifier depends on the number of signups, if the Seats are full it will reach up to the maximum of 9 Rounds, if there are remaining Seats, the number of Rounds will decrease accordingly.
Players can sign up to Qualifiers only and not Rounds, the players who gets eliminated in a round cannot play again, unless they sign up to another Qualifier.
3. First Qualifier

6. Fourth Qualifier

7. Grand Final
The Grand finale will take place on May 11th 2021 with a total of 8 participants, the total of the Qualifier Winners, Rounds:

8. Prizing
The Tournament consists of gifts for the winners (“Gifts”) as per the following:
- Grand Finale winner will receive either of the following:
- If a Galaxy mobile device was used to win the Grand Finale: 15,000 SAR + Galaxy A52 5G (Color depends on stock availability) + Galaxy Buds Pro (Color depends on stock availability) + 50,000 in-game diamonds
- If a non-Galaxy mobile device was used to win the Grand Finale: 5,000 SAR + Galaxy A52 5G (Color depends on stock availability) + Galaxy Buds Pro (Color depends on stock availability) + 50,000 in-game diamonds.
- First runner up will receive Galaxy A52 5G (Color depends on stock availability) + Galaxy Buds Pro.
- Second runner up will receive a Galaxy A52 5G (Color depends on stock availability).
- In-game diamonds mentioned in Gifts will be presented from Garena, the Game developers. Samsung Saudi shall be exempted from any liability of failure of receiving them.
9. Registrations Eligibility
- In order to join the Tournament you will need to register an account in EGL Website (an “Account”). If it is your first time registering an Account there, you will be asked to indicate your real name, age, email, mobile number which you will be asked to verify your email and mobile number.
- For children below the legal age as per the laws of Saudi Arabia (below 18 years old): you need to provide a consent from your parent or legal guardian. You will need to use your real information in the sign up process, failure to do so may prevent winner verification process in case of victory, which will lead to failure to receive prize.
10. Prize Claim Eligibility
The top three winners of the Tournament will need to:
- Provide their name and number as per their national ID if they are Saudi or their residence ID or passport if they are not Saudi as a step of winner verification.
- Provide the name of their parent or legal guardian and number as per national ID card if they are Saudi or passport if they are not Saudi as a step of winner verification if the participant is a child.
- Share a valid correct shipping address within Saudi Arabia to deliver the Gifts to.
- Share image or written proof of acquiring the Gifts once they do.
11. Boosted Prize Claim Eligibility
The Grand Final winner of the Tournament will need to share the following:
- A valid and correct bank address of one of the banks existing inside the Kingdome of Saudi Arabia, the bank address must match the owner of the ID card or passport submitted.
- The type of mobile device used to win the Tournament Grand Finale: If the mobile used is a Galaxy, then the winner must provide the IMEI number of that Galaxy mobile device by going to the home screen, tapping on the Phone app, then heading to the keypad and dialing *#06#.
- Failure to provide any of the needed and correct information as per these Terms and Conditions may result in losing the chance to receive the Gifts due to user’s fault, and Samsung will not be held liable for any failure of the same.
12. Additional Terms of Service
- You agree to have your personal information shared with Samsung that was entered while creating an Account.
- You agree not to post, link to, advertise, promote, or transmit anything that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, sexually explicit, obscene, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive while playing in the Tournament games. Neither to disrespect or use offensive words towards others including ones that’s based on their race, gender, and/or nationality.
- Samsung Saudi shall be exempted from any liability for any problems caused by the user’s mobile, Game, or problems related to the network environment such as internet connection interruption occurring while playing resulting in player elimination.
- Samsung Saudi shall be exempted from any liability if the Game developers cease or fail to provide the Game services properly.
- Samsung Saudi shall be exempted from any liability if EGL cease or fail to host the Tournament properly or if EGL Website face any issue of any sort.
- Samsung shall be entitled at its sole discretion and subject to any applicable law, to terminate or modify the Tournament or to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time prior to or during the Validity Period.
- Samsung shall not be liable to the customer for any losses and/or delays and/or damages of any kind in connection with these Terms and Conditions and/or the Tournament and/or the Gifts.
- By participating in the Tournament, the customer accepts that any dispute of whatever nature which is directly or indirectly related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to, governed and construed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and such disputes shall be resolved by its competent courts.
- By signing up to the Tournament you agree to these Terms and Conditions along with EGL Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and game rules.
