EGL Tournament Admin Volunteer

European Gaming League are currently recruiting Volunteer Tournament Admins to help out with our online tournaments for several different games on the egl.tv website. 

Responsibilities

Admins are required to help moderate tournaments and operate the support ticket service during tournaments. The main role for this job is to handle disputes and some other minor stuff to help the tournaments run smoothly. Admins will not be required to know any coding as tournaments are moderated through a click-and-go system. 

Expectations 

All tournament admins are required to be able to commit to a tournament and complete at least one tournament on a weekly basis. Each tournament usually lasts at least 4 hours. (Holidays, studying and other important requests will be taken into consideration)

Requirements

PC/Laptop
17+ years old
Fluent in English (Additional languages are a plus)
Have a deep understanding of how tournaments are run
Good people skills
Excellent communication skills
Must be familiar with tournament brackets
